My Old Bike !! I used to ride my old 1983 Suzuki 750ESD, the last of the sport bikes before the import controls switched over to 700cc's and then the cafe racers (GSXR !!) took over. One of the most interesting things about this bike is the tiny (16 inch) front wheel, this made the cornering really quick, twitchy even. The later GSXR's went to neutral cornering which made them lots faster, and my current bike (the SV650S) is also pretty neutral, but so light that it'll turn on just about any weight shift.
