  Extended my Seattle stay since I couldn't find a cheap flight it turned out to be much cheaper to move my early return flight to the next week. Working from Seattle wasn't too bad ... the weather was spotty but the Sonics won all 4 games. Now if they can just get a bit lucky maybe I'll get to see a playoff game this year.

  During one of the Sonics games I ran into some old friends, Kin, Stuart and Eugene . Turns out that Eugene's new wife ran across Stuart's name in an earlier journal entry ... why she was looking him up I don't know, but they spent a good while perusing my site trying to figure out who I was since I don't advertise much. In any case now I was *that* Steve ... so of course I said I'd put her in the journal too (look carefully, very carefully ... or use your favorite search engine after this page gets indexed)

  Now that I'm back in town I can start my exercise schedule again, basketball twice a week. The ankle seems to be holding up ok, but every so often I jam my knuckle again and it stings for 10 minutes or so ... at least its mobility is better. Surprisingly my stamina is ok, even though I'd been sick twice in the last 4 weeks (luckily not SARS). Unfortunately I'm not playing any vball right now ... my mens team folded and its still not good enough weather to setup outdoors, but soon.

  The work re-org is still settling in, quite the pain though, I'm sure that the changes aren't done but one should always try to control their own destiny.
