La Mesa Drain Repair

Warning these can take a while to load
They're named strange because that is the way my digital camera auto-names them.

If you want prints of these, you can send them to www.kodak.com electronically, or by web reference and they will print the file and send it to you for a small fee.

After much investigation it was determined that my foundation dampness was actually from a leak in the drain coming down from the upstairs bathrooms. It took them a bit of time to find the problem, and they accidentally created 2 other leaks in the process (because a sawz-all really does). But they managed to track it down and fix it (as well as the ones they created)

Here are the interior shots of the foundation leakage

The one clue that it wasn't external drainage was the streams of water coming from midway up the side of my unit.

Here were the holes they made just to locate the pipes and the leak.

And if you look real close you can see the 2-3" crack in the removed pipe.

This is the repair work in the garage, to fix the 2 cut leaks they made when opening up the wall to find the original leak.

Finally, here is the repaired leak, from an access hole in the wall of my kitchen, luckily it wasn't behind any of the cupboards.
