My Skiing Exploits Skiing is one of the very few individual sports that I still try to participate in regularly. Unfortunately a good season for me is usually getting anywhere from 5-8 days in. A great year will be double digit days on the snow. I currently am skiing a pair of 180 Atomic 9.22s with Dalbello DX9 boots. Just got the skis a couple of seasons ago and while they're great in the crud and bumps, they're just a bit too soft (chattery) on the hardpacked groomed runs. Almost bought another pair (newer 9.22, not the 's' model) but I think I'll have to save for boots instead as the ones I have are about 6 years old now. Most of the time I ski with either the Nisei Ski Club, which has numerous weekend bus trips to Tahoe, as well as a week long trip or with the Ski ASIA group on their biennial week long trip.
